Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within consulting, advisory or professional services.
• Proven success hiring client-facing consulting professionals.
• Strong capability assessing EQ and leadership potential.
• Collaborative with senior stakeholders; able to influence effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital, data, technology, consulting and strategy advisory roles.
• Be accountable for speed and quality of hires for all open roles.
• Maintain data integrity via ATS systems like Greenhouse.
• Partner with Partners and leaders on hiring strategy and process efficiency.
• Assess technical capability, commercial acumen and EQ.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines for all roles.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Use data to improve hiring performance.
• Champion AI adoption by creating scalable workflows and AI-driven processes.
• Collaborate across UK, European and US teams to share best practice.
