American Structurepoint is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership roles in Indianapolis. You will partner with leadership and hiring managers to craft sourcing and screening strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting with focus on technical roles.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer in a collaborative manner.
• Recruit for technical and leadership roles across architecture, engineering, construction, and related disciplines.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare competitive offers in partnership with HR/TA leadership and business leaders.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche roles and passive candidates.
• Contribute to recruiting-process improvements and employer-brand initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
