You will partner with leaders to source, screen, and hire across markets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires collaboration with HR/TA leadership and hiring managers, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple searches in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus in technical roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and negoations skills.
• Talent acquisition experience within AEC industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and pre-employment coordination.
• Recruit for technical and specialized roles across architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, planning, and related disciplines.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, professional communication throughout the recruiting/hiring process.
• Prepare and extend competitive offers in partnership with HR/TA leadership and business leaders.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche roles and passive candidates
• Contribute to recruiting-process improvements, employer-brand initiatives, workforce planning, and talent acquisition projects.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
• Other duties as assigned.
