Job summary

Industrial Service Group is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid Indianapolis-area role focuses on identifying qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting the hiring process across multiple companies and positions.

The successful candidate will be organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to gain hands-on recruiting experience. 3 years of recruiting experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Industrial/manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience using Indeed or other job boards is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates daily using Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews for multiple positions across multiple companies and business units.
• Identify and engage prospective candidates for open opportunities.
• Perform basic phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest.
• Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with job postings and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.

This is a hybrid position in the Indianapolis area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting the hiring process across multiple companies and positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and looking to develop through hands-on recruiting experience.

• Source qualified candidates daily using Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
