Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing recruiting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates daily using Indeed and other platforms.
• Review resumes for multiple positions across several companies.
• Identify and engage prospective candidates for open opportunities.
• Perform basic phone screens to assess qualifications, availability and interest.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordinate candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting-related administrative tasks.

Industrial Service Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

This is a hybrid position in the Indianapolis area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting the hiring process across multiple companies and positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and looking to develop through hands-on recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates daily using Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews for multiple positions across multiple companies and business units.
• Identify and engage prospective candidates for open opportunities.
• Perform basic phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest.
• Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with job postings and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Previous industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates by phone.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience using Indeed or other job boards is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
