Job summary

RS&H, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dallas to own full-cycle recruiting for infrastructure engineering roles, including sourcing, interviews, and offers.

The role collaborates with decision-makers to shape hiring priorities and build strong candidate pipelines. You will partner with Compensation, Employer Brand, and hiring managers to deliver competitive offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in A/E/C with infrastructure/aviation focus.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to support decisions.
• Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Collaborative, customer-service mindset.
• Positive and professional team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for infrastructure engineering roles, from sourcing to offers.
• Participate in meetings with decision-makers to inform hiring priorities.
• Develop targeted recruiting plans with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Compensation to evaluate market conditions and offers.
• Buildcandidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach with consistent communication.
• Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
• Partner with Employer Brand on campaigns and outreach.
• Support recruiting programs and process improvements.
• Enhance efficiency and collaboration in the hiring process.
