Job summary

Modaxo Traffic Management is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for development roles, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and driving growth. The position is hybrid with 1-2 days in the office to engage, onboard, and build relationships.

You will source top talent, manage interviews, and partner with hiring managers to make salary recommendations. Strong technical recruiting background and Spanish fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ sourcing and recruitment with agency and corporate experience.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Substantial technical recruitment experience required.
• Proven success sourcing hard-to-find resources.
• Strong business relationship, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical elements and different technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: identify criteria, source, screen, interview, and salary recommendations.
• Source active and passive candidates via referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover diverse candidate pools.
• Improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
• Market the organization and advertise openings to attract qualified applicants.
• Source talent for global roles and manage internal transfers/promotions.
