Job summary

Modaxo is seeking a Human Resources Business Advisor to partner with management and employees across the United States and Mexico in a remote, nationwide role. You will oversee employee lifecycle, including recruiting, talent management, compensation, and bonus processes within a business unit.

You will advise on HR policy, support workforce planning, lead investigations, drive employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR across policy development and interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of US and Mexico employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
