HighLevel is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for US and LATAM regions, partnering with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent for our fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.

You’ll build pipelines, implement structured sourcing and screening, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and help drive continuous improvements across our recruiting function while navigating employment regulations in the US and LATAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Experience recruiting for US and LATAM roles across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of US employment regulations; LATAM familiarity preferred.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools (Lever, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for US and LATAM roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into sourcing plans.
• Lead sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offers.
• Ensure an inclusive candidate experience and compliant practices.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and report hiring metrics.
• Track pipeline performance and drive time-to-fill improvements.
• Support onboarding with HR and business teams.
