Graham Media Group is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Detroit. This role manages full-cycle recruitment across the organization, with a primary focus on sales roles, and partners with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

The successful candidate will be proactive, skilled at sourcing, and able to deliver an outstanding candidate experience while supporting GMG's growth and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in quota-carrying roles (sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven proficiency with Workday Recruiting or comparable ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles with focus on sales.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and candidate profiles.
• Source passive and active candidates through networking, referrals, and platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process from start to finish.
• Maintain recruitment records in the ATS and communicate pipeline updates.
