Job summary

Exo Group LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with department heads to meet hiring needs. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent, while maintaining strong relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to drive processes across HR and management teams. A fast-paced environment and compliance focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and ATS.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of labor laws related to recruitment.
• Professional HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/PHR).
• Experience in employee engagement or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking; screen and evaluate.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and managers.
• Manage onboarding programs and conduct orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate data.
• Build relationships with external agencies and educational institutions.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and onboarding outcomes.
