Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers and HR to fill exempt and non-exempt positions with top talent
• Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy
• Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting practices and market data
• Support junior recruiters with feedback and guidance
• Develop innovative ways to attract diverse candidates
• Coordinate and attend recruiting events
