Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to manage the offer letter process, support candidate onboarding, and oversee conversion of contingent workers to full-time status. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and seamless collaboration with recruiters and HR partners.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining templates, documentation, and ATS records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR coordination or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely offer letters in alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to ensure offer details are complete and compliant
• Maintain templates and documentation to support consistency and compliance across offer letters
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system entries are completed
• Partner with Recruiter to troubleshoot onboarding issues
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure compliance and visibility
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR platforms
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations
