Job summary

Goodwill, North Versailles Retail Operations Center, seeks a Retail Talent Development Partner to lead training initiatives that align with operational goals and career development. Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience (or 3+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree) and hands-on training experience.
• Experience coaching employees and leadership teams to drive performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations: staffing, customer service, merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs with the Director of Retail Talent Development and People Services.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Facilitate hands-on training at Academy Store for practical learning.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to identify challenges and deliver targeted solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
