Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and GTM roles. This remote, 3-month assignment requires a sourcing-first mindset and the ability to partner with hiring managers to move quickly.

You will manage intake through offer, keep Lever up to date, and document improvements to the hiring process. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and a proven track record hiring in fast-paced SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech or SaaS.
• Experience hiring for engineering, product, security, or GTM roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and candidate experience.
• Contract or project-based recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and fill priority openings within the contract period.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain positive candidate experience with clear, timely updates.
