Job summary

Prime Healthcare, a leading health system, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the full recruitment cycle for executive roles across its hospitals and regional facilities. You will develop sourcing, screening and selection strategies, coordinate interviews, and partner with facility HR and senior leadership to ensure hiring that meets organizational needs.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• 5+ years recruiting executive-level positions.
• 3+ years acting as lead recruiter.
• 5+ years recruiting passive candidates.
• 5+ years of experience with ATS.
• 3+ years advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• Knowledge of federal and California employment laws as applied to recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive positions.
• Develop sourcing, recruiting and selection strategies.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews.
• Decide on candidate progression and work with HR and senior leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with Prime Healthcare's requirements.
