Job summary

Avathon, Inc is seeking a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting across technical and commercial teams. You will balance full-lifecycle recruiting with process execution and partner with US leadership while coordinating with our India recruitment team.

The role requires 6+ years in high-growth tech or SaaS, expertise with Greenhouse ATS, and a strong ability to source and close diverse talent in AI/ML, data, software, and GTM roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience within high-growth technology or SaaS.
• Experience balancing technical (AI/ML, Data Science, Software Eng) and commercial GTM hiring.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams (India) to align global hiring.
• Expertise with Greenhouse ATS and data hygiene.
• Strong interviewing methodologies, analytics, and pipeline metrics.
• Proven ability to advise on offers and timelines to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies to pipeline diverse passive talent.
• Guide the India recruitment team for global alignment and delivery.
• Act as talent advisor to executives and hiring managers.
• Implement structured interviewing, scorecards, and calibration.
• Maximize Greenhouse pipelines and real-time reporting for leadership.
• Leverage external agencies when needed for niche roles.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
