Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruitment for our Operations teams at the Tempe HQ. You will partner with hiring leaders, source top talent, and drive a seamless candidate experience from outreach to offer.

You’ll manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, on-site environment, shaping hiring strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and speed to fill critical roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications and sourcing candidates with Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS.
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies.
• Experience supporting leadership roles.
• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy.
• Multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Independently source candidates via various methods including social media and job boards.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews by phone.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business.
• Manage candidate expectations through background checks and approvals.
• Develop hiring leader relationships and understand Operations team needs.
• Aim for a high conversion rate from interview to offer.
• Contribute to building a stronger company every day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
