Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead full life-cycle recruiting for the Operations teams. You will guide a recruiting team to meet high-volume hiring targets, build strong partnerships with business leaders, and translate workforce needs into quality hires.

You’ll drive data-driven strategies, develop sourcing pipelines, and focus on a candidate-centric approach aligned with Carvana values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution required.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, organizational development, or operations leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Experience creating and implementing recruiting strategies and process improvements.
• Outstanding communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong facilitation and project management skills.
• Bias toward action and demonstrated hustle.
• Problem solving capabilities with sound judgment and decisions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to see the big picture.
• Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis to drive hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership roles within local markets.
• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting strategies and initiatives.
• Guide a team of recruiters to meet staffing goals via hiring, development, coaching and performance management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive recruiting improvements.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports to track staffing, hire rate, and candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate evolving hiring needs.
• Develop and leverage sourcing techniques to build talent pools.
• Ensure a candidate-centric approach aligned with Carvana values.
• Partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and Operations leadership to translate talent needs into hires.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and reporting.
