AMS is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Recruiter in the United States to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for highly skilled roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, implement market-driven strategies, and deliver a superior candidate and customer experience while upholding our commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in full-cycle recruitment within a Pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS, preferably Workday, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple requisitions.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes from intake through offer stage, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation and intake discussions through candidate selection, offer management, and handoff to onboarding teams.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, set recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the process.
• Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate hiring decisions while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Utilize ATS and other recruitment systems to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, track hiring activity, and ensure compliance with established recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a seamless transition from candidate selection through employment setup and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring progress, and pipeline activity, providing reporting and updates to stakeholders while driving timely hiring outcomes.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach throughout the recruitment journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance efficiency, and support the achievement of hiring goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
