Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Senior Recruiter to scale our Sales, Field Engineering, Partnerships, and other GTM and GA functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers and leaders, building pipelines, and closing offers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and using AI tools to improve speed and quality. This hybrid position is based in San Francisco or New York City with three in-office days per week (Mon, Tue, Fri).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for go-to-market and/or technical roles.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting hiring priorities.
• Proven ability to close competitive candidates and manage offers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM functions from search kickoff to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build high-quality pipelines, including passive candidates, via outreach and networks.
• Screen candidates against defined competencies and present calibrated slates.
• Manage interview processes end-to-end and keep stakeholders informed.
• Structure and negotiate offers with Compensation and People teams.
• Track pipeline metrics and use data to improve recruiting processes.
