Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner to architect talent strategy across the Network Office and school operations. Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead a team of People Partners and align talent initiatives with our mission of educational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, incl. 6+ years leading HRBP teams in high-growth environments.
• 5+ years direct people management with scaling HR functions.
• Executive-level influence with direct advisor role to C‑Suite and SVP on org design, talent planning, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the People Partner team to elevate HR delivery and performance calibration.
• Architect enterprise-wide organizational strategies and transform growth across the Network Office.
• Partner with C‑Suite to drive succession planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Leverage talent analytics to improve processes and reduce legacy frictions.
• Foster a high-integrity, scholar‑first culture across all enterprise levels.
• Drive rapid execution and change management across the network office.
