You will partner with hiring managers, manage the full recruitment cycle, leverage ATS and diverse sourcing channels, and travel up to 20% to support the footprint. This role offers opportunities to influence talent strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and implement effective recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with sourcing channels (social media, job boards, networking, industry connections).
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to use data to guide decisions and optimize the hiring process.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year (day trips).

Responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycle: screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Act as strategic talent advisor to business leaders with market knowledge and network insights.
• Lead campus engagement and Vault Internship program efforts with target schools.
• Influence hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions using data.
• Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with timely communication.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies with marketing alignment.
• Lead proactive sourcing to attract passive talent across channels.
• Oversee interview logistics, scheduling, debriefs, and next steps.
• Guide offers and negotiations, communicating benefits and relevant details.
• Track analytics on sourcing, offers, cost per hire, and acceptance rates; propose improvements.
• Drive special projects to improve recruiting processes and compliance.
