U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join the Operations Recruiting team. This role handles the full lifecycle of recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, attracting and assessing candidates, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of recruiting experience or a combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations and business support functions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
Talent Advisory & Partnership: advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies, market insights, and candidate qualifications.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: deliver proactive communication and nurture pipelines throughout the process.
Process Excellence & Compliance: maintain candidate tracking, ensure policy compliance, and monitor recruiting metrics.
