Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its Operations Recruiting team. The role manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, partnering with managers to identify talent needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will source, screen, interview, and guide offers while coordinating onboarding in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience or related sales, marketing, or HR experience.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions in Operations and business support functions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs and market conditions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate hiring manager interviews; manage offer negotiations.
