Qualifications

• Higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing and interviewing experience.
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws and procedures.
• Proven ability to communicate and sell an organization’s value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and conduct resume reviews and interviews.
• Place and manage job postings across various media and platforms.
• Promote Airbus referral programs and internal opportunities.
• Maintain candidate tracking system and recruiting reports.
