Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems in Kinston, NC seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner III to lead sourcing, screening and candidate recommendations for roles from entry level to senior leadership. This role develops advanced sourcing strategies, builds candidate pools, and partners with managers to ensure a positive new hire experience and compliant recruitment processes.

The role requires extensive recruiting experience, knowledge of US employment laws, strong communication, and the ability to manage end-to-end

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures.
• Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and ATS usage.
• Ability to communicate and sell an organization's value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR on descriptions, requisitions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and recruit candidates through interviews and screening.
• Manage postings across media and promote referral programs.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting reports.
