Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment delivery, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in on-site or off-site environments.

The role emphasizes high-touch candidate relationship management, client focus, and responsiveness, with subject matter expertise in ATS, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• 5+ years of client-facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 5+ years of ATS experience.
• 2+ years of sourcing strategy development (market mapping, Boolean searches).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates meeting client profiles.
• Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for recruitment process.
• Process management and sourcing.
• Follow agreed client recruitment process for delivery.
• Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates in short-listing.
• Candidate relationship management.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition.
