Qualifications

• 5+ years of business experience.
• 5+ years of staffing business development experience or relevant industry experience.
• Business development / Account management experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to learn different environments quickly.
• Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to scope search projects by defining responsibilities, requirements, compensation, and culture.
• Manage recruitment life-cycle from search kickoff through closure to meet time-to-fill goals.
• Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and satisfaction.
• Drive new business with existing customers and prospects and grow Korn Ferry Executive Search with key accounts.
• Provide timely updates to management and clients, and clearly define position requirements and recruiting processes.
