Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience independently managing recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proven success recruiting for high-volume, specialized, professional, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong in sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Advanced interviewing skills: structured, behavioral, and competency-based.
• Experience advising hiring managers throughout recruitment and selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, including high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications using Paycom.
• Guide hiring managers on structured interviewing techniques and selection criteria.
• Manage onboarding coordination with multiple departments and HR systems.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
