Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Recruiting Partner to act as a strategic Talent Partner across HQ functions, shaping hiring strategies and workforce plans in line with business priorities.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, build proactive pipelines, and champion structured interviewing, candidate experience, and data-driven decision making in a fast-growing, California-based environment at Walnut Creek.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders across HQ functions including Finance, Creative, Brand, IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and more.
• Experience operating as a strategic advisor rather than solely an order-taking recruiter.
• Familiarity with California employment practices and employment law.
• Experience in high-growth Consumer Packaged Goods, food manufacturing, or startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnership: Serve as the primary Talent Strategy Partner for assigned business functions and translate objectives into hiring strategies and talent roadmaps.
• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding transition; drive structured interviewing and stakeholder alignment.
• Talent Market Intelligence: Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build long-term pipelines; advise leaders on compensation trends and market conditions.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Brand: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent Kinder's as a brand ambassador.
• Talent Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations and analyze metrics to forecast hiring challenges.
