Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for salaried and hourly roles, focusing on professional, technical, leadership, and high-volume searches across the organization.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles, create sourcing strategies, manage third-party agencies, build early-career pipelines, and represent the company at career fairs and college events.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional or salaried positions.
• Manufacturing, food manufacturing, or high-volume operational recruiting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned salaried and hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with HR.
• Coordinate relationships with third-party posting and recruiting platforms.
• Represent Alamance Foods at career fairs and events; build early-career pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and reporting; ensure process compliance.
