Alamar Biosciences is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner during a period of fast growth. This role leads full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, with a primary focus on expanding the commercial organization while continuing to recruit for scientific, technical, operational, and corporate roles.

The Senior Recruiter will work closely with executives to translate business priorities into workforce plans, design scalable recruiting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
Proven success recruiting for commercial, technical, scientific, and corporate roles.
Experience with high-growth organizations and managing significant hiring volume.
Strong consultative partnership with managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business objectives into recruiting strategies.
Lead recruiting efforts supporting Alamar's expanding commercial organization across geographies.
Manage end-to-end recruiting process across commercial, scientific, operational, and corporate functions.
Maintain expertise on competitive talent markets and provide leadership with market insights.
Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection practices.
