As a key partner to hiring managers and HR, you will craft job descriptions, clarify position requirements, establish sourcing strategies, manage third-party posting relationships and external partnerships, and build robust pipelines through colleges, internships, and community

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting professional or salaried positions.
• Manufacturing, food manufacturing, or high-volume operational recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned salaried and hourly positions, with emphasis on professional, technical, leadership, and other complex searches.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and establish sourcing strategies.
• Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions; create manager job-description questionnaires to capture essential duties and qualifications.
• Coordinate relationships with third-party posting and recruiting platforms, including posting strategy and service needs.
• Build and maintain college, university, technical school, internship, and co-op partnerships for early-career pipelines.
