Job summary

TDIndustries seeks a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor across the business, shaping people strategies, organizational design, and talent development in Houston.

You will partner with executives to drive workforce planning, performance management, succession, and employee engagement, while guiding change initiatives and ensuring compliance with federal and Texas laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 9+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in people leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent with goals.
• Experience in workforce planning, engagement, succession, performance, and leadership development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence across organization levels.
• Proficiency with HR systems; Workday or similar HRIS preferred.
• Knowledge of US federal and Texas employment laws and compliance.
• Commitment to continuous learning of HR trends and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members while fostering accountability and growth.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
• Advise leaders on performance management, employee engagement, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Support compensation and total rewards programs to ensure competitive pay.
• Leverage people analytics and workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
