Job summary

TDIndustries is a premier Mechanical Construction and Facility Services company seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and build a robust candidate pipeline. You will screen resumes, prescreen candidates, and manage ATS/CMS to ensure a smooth interview process and timely hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate).
• Experience recruiting Construction trades or similar industry preferred.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS and CMS; hands-on recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Proactively source and recruit, advertising, networking and referrals to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Reviews resumes for relevance to position requirements.
• Prescreens candidates and provides feedback to influence hiring decisions.
• Manages applicant tracking system and coordinates communications with candidates.
• Completes reports on employment activity to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
• Works with recruiters and managers on events like job fairs and intern recruitment.
• Advises hiring managers on staffing policies, procedures and relevant employment laws.
