The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 4–7+ years in recruiting, including direct sourcing, and will advise on candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4-7+ years of progressive experience in recruiting and selection, with 2+ years in technical and engineering roles.
• Proven track record of direct sourcing using online recruitment tools and best practices.
• Knowledge of local and regional market drivers and candidate supply and demand.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other online recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
• Source candidates through networking, outreach, and proactive sourcing for open roles.
• Engage in recruiting activities to reach a diverse candidate pool.
• Evaluate candidates via phone screens and behavioral interviews.
• Build relationships with leaders and hiring managers and advise on candidate viability and offers.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Prioritize requisitions and fill positions independently and timely.
• Research and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies and partnerships.
• Establish relationships with direct hire agencies and other sources as needed.
• Focus on exempt level roles from Supervisors to C-Class.
