Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company seeks a Sr. Recruiter to serve as a key contact for our operations team. You will partner with operations and HR leadership to source top talent across all locations, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

This role has no direct reports and emphasizes strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder management. You will drive recruitment activities, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure diverse, qualified candidate pipelines for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4–7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
• Proven direct sourcing with online tools and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional market drivers for talent.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states including CA, NC, TX and AR.
• Willingness to travel to Westrock sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
• Source candidates via networking, outreach and proactive search; build a pipeline for future openings.
• Engage in recruiting activities to reach a diverse candidate pool.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens and behavioral interviews.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Advise on candidates, influence offers and negotiate terms.
• Prioritize requisitions and fill positions efficiently.
• Research and implement innovative talent strategies and partnerships.
• Coordinate with agencies and other sources as needed.
• Focus on exempt level roles from Supervisors to C-Class.
• Develop recruiting plans with community and education vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
