Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, AR is seeking an Inventory Control Associate III to manage warehouse organization, oversee material requisitions via ERP, and ensure timely delivery to production and distribution teams. The role combines hands-on duties with leadership of a small team.

You will perform cycle counts, forklift operations, safety compliance, and back-office tasks while coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years inventory control experience preferred.
Forklift certification required or on-site training provided.
Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations.
Proficient in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Interpret production schedule and submit material requests via ERP to ensure materials arrive when needed.
Conduct cycle counts as directed by supervision.
Coordinate returns of packaging materials after production runs.
Use FIFO for material picking by lot number for traceability.
Maintain organization of raw materials and finished goods in warehouse.
Receive and process purchase orders in ERP; align with Compliance and Accounting teams.
Lead small transportation team and oversee warehouse staff.
Communicate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain teams on non-conforming products.
Execute inventory transactions in ERP as needed.
Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
Follow safety procedures and GMP requirements.
Assist in meeting daily goals and conduct daily team meetings.
Provide ongoing equipment training and serve as backup to Supervisor.
