Sr. Executive Recruiter at LHH Recruitment Solutions

LHH is partnering with a manufacturing organization as they source for a new HR Manager. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Please note, this position is 100% on-site in East Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and grievances.
• Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as required.
• Support managers in goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Administer payroll and benefits programs in collaboration with finance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
