Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to coordinate interviews, manage background checks, and oversee the offer process. You will source candidates, engage Hiring Managers, and ensure smooth logistics and data accuracy in our ATS.

With 5+ years of experience, you will build credible relationships and guide decisions from sourcing to final offers, ensuring equitable and efficient hiring processes across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews, launch background checks and manage the offer process.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and travel.
• Communicate interview details to candidates with logistics.
• Enter and maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Consult with Hiring Manager to determine interview progression.
• Solicit and document interview feedback to assist final selections.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates using recruitment tools.
• Build strong consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Manage negotiation and offer process.
