Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for corporate and leadership roles across our retail powersport locations. You will design processes, ensure hiring compliance in ADP RM, and partner with executives to meet hiring timelines.

You will drive strategic sourcing, build pipelines, and optimize the TA tech stack while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent practical work experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across dealership leadership and corporate roles.
• Hands-on expertise implementing or optimizing ATS technology, preferably ADP Workforce Now Recruiting Management, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate requisitions and Leadership retail dealership roles.
• Proactively build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting, industry networking, and leveraging specialized power sport/automotive channels.
• Consult with Executives, Regional Directors, General Managers and Department Heads to define role requirements, structure interview process and hiring timelines.
• Stay ahead of power sport/automotive retail and corporate trends to refine recruitment strategies.
• Manage relationships with third-party staffing agencies and search firms; negotiate contracts, fees, and SLAs.
