Job summary
Young Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our dynamic parts team for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports equipment. You will drive operations, coach drivers and associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing a parts department
- Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and powersports equipment
- Ability to drive profitability and meet monthly goals
- Experience leading a team of drivers and associates
Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic group of Parts Drivers - Parts Associates and Support Staff to reach their maximum potential

- Meet and exceed monthly profit goals
- Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential

- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
