Progressive Powersports dealership seeks a professional Parts Manager to run their team. The dealer enjoys strong Parts sales but has a much higher potential due to their brisk traffic and unit sales. The Opportunity:

The Parts Manager will run a busy Parts team and have full responsibility for the dealership’s Parts performance. The successful candidate will bring strong retail sales and inventory management skills, leadership traits, coaching ability, and a track record of success in a Parts Management role. They will be responsible for hitting dealership Parts and Inventory targets and cultivating an environment that promotes customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
