Rideworks LLC is seeking a Powersports Dealer Chain Human Resources (HR) Director to strengthen HR across multiple dealership locations in Franklin, TN (onsite). This role is focused on building a high-performance culture through talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, while leading HR teams that help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation: USD 52,781 - 75,608 per year.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support dealership growth and operational excellence.
• Lead talent acquisition by building sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top-tier powersports industry talent.
• Oversee employee orientation, training and development, and performance management systems to improve engagement and productivity.
• Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and promoting a workplace culture aligned with employment law and EEO guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all locations, including workers’ compensation claims, FMLA administration, benefits programs, and HR legal compliance standards.
• Supervise HR teams across multiple dealership sites, offering guidance on HR sourcing, organizational design, succession planning, and process improvements.
• Use HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, or Oracle HCM to support data collection, analytics, payroll processing, and reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Drive change management initiatives using tools such as Kronos or SAP SuccessFactors, while maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information.

What you bring

• Proven experience supervising HR teams in a multi-location dealership or retail environment, with a focus on powersports or automotive sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of employment and labor law, HR legal compliance, workers’ compensation procedures, and employee misconduct investigations.
• Strong skills in negotiation, conflict management, strategic planning, and program management.
• Proficiency with HR systems, including Oracle HCM, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro or similar platforms for payroll and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies, including recruiting best practices and employee evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and frontline managers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred (for example, SHRM-SCP or PHR).
