Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising HR teams in multi-location dealership or retail.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law, compliance, and investigations.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support growth and operations.
• Lead talent acquisition with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee orientation, training, performance management, and development.
• Manage employee relations, misconduct investigations, and workplace culture.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across locations, including workers’ comp and FMLA.
• Supervise HR teams and advise on design, succession, and processes.
• Utilize HRIS platforms for data collection, payroll support, and reporting.
• Drive change management initiatives using Kronos or SAP SuccessFactors.
