Job summary

Catamount Constructors, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to support growth across multiple roles and locations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to create compelling job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and promote a positive candidate experience while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to drive a strategic interviewing experience from start to finish with self-sourced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development using multiple channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Candidate Screening to assess fit and culture alignment.
• Interview Coordination & Facilitation across interview teams.
• Candidate Experience: promote Catamount as an employer of choice.
• Data Tracking & Reporting on recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
• Support enterprise-wide talent acquisition projects as applicable.
