Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. is seeking a strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to shape how we attract and hire top talent across our growing organization.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, develop our employer brand, and build scalable systems to ensure we hire the right people at the right time. You will partner with senior leadership, hiring managers across all departments, and your talent acquisition team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving data-informed

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and sourcing methods.
• Experience leading high-performing TA teams with coaching and results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Data-driven with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and translating insights into actions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or Sage is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from job requisition to onboarding; ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Build and promote employer branding in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
• Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and selection criteria; train on interview techniques.
• Establish recruitment metrics and report trends with actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Represent Willmeng at industry events and build external partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a TA team to foster a high-performance culture.
