Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates via databases, networks, and events.
• Track recruiting metrics (cost per hire, time to fill, quality of hire).
• Assist with developing the annual recruiting budget and invoice accuracy.
