Content Creation Corp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive decision-ready insights from market analysis and lead strategic recruitment initiatives. This role emphasizes executive-informed decisions, strong vendor negotiations, and mastery of ATS relationships.

You will operate remotely with the company’s values of accountability, mentorship, and growth. A focus on collaboration with a tight-knit team in Pierre, SD, with real responsibility and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience presenting to executives and translating research into decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay focused under deadline pressure.
• Proven track record in leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Familiarity with recruitment tech and ATS tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct competitive research and synthesize insights for executive decisions.
• Track project budgets and flag variances before they escalate.
• Push a business pilot past the point where most pilots die.
• Negotiate vendor terms that look service-minded on paper and hold up in practice.
• Own the relationship with the Applicant Tracking Systems vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
